This recently renovated house with a beautiful, fenced in backyard is new to the rental market. Unwind at the fire pit after an exhilarating day at the track or relax in the finished basement with a massive cinema-style Enjoy cooking in the fully appointed kitchen. Or don’t! Everything is just moments away! Propane grill on site. Professionally cleaned between stays. Large fenced in back yard which overlooks the Railroad Run nature trail (perfect for walking, running and biking) which leads to SPAC. Large finished basement with cinema style TV. Fully operational kitchen, living room, dining room and front porch on ground floor. Top floor has three bedrooms (two king, one queen) and two full bathrooms. Well behaved dogs allowed - no cats. Owners are severely allergic to cats. We can usually respond immediately or always within 24 hours 3 minute walk to Market 32 (supermarket) & Starbucks 5 minute walk to pubs, bars and restaurants 10 minute walk to Broadway 20 minute walk to racetrack (5-10 minutes taxi) Electric bike rental directly behind house on Railroad Run (nature trail) Peaceful, quiet Neighborhood close to just about everything in downtown Saratoga Springs No parties or additional guests on property without prior owner consent. This is a residential neighborhood; please respect the neighbors.

Sara’s home is a dream and she is a phenomenal host. Everything about her home is perfect from the location to the bedding and it was a fantastic experience she has excellent taste. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Saratoga. 5 star host and Airbnb experience. I can’t wait to come back!!
