We had a great stay here! House was in a perfect proximity to downtown and the racetrack for a group of friends to enjoy a long weekend. We felt we had ample space within the home, plenty of parking, and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the firepit immensely too!

The place was fantastic. Exactly what we needed. Close to downtown and the racetrack for when we wanted to take a long walk back. Hot tub was a very nice touch.

Diana was very responsive. Wonderful time staying at her home, lots of room and space for our family. Kids loved the game room area. Easy to get to town and close to the track!

Great house with plenty of clean rooms with comfortable beds. Clear instructions for check in and access to the house. Great location distance to both downtown Saratoga and the racetrack.

House was conveniently located to the tracks and downtown. Spacious house for 10 people with everything we needed. Neighbors across the street had anti Airbnb signs and were vocal to us during check in that they didn’t want us staying, but didn’t bother us again for the rest of the weekend. The host responded very quickly and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this place to a friend.

The house was great for our group of 10. Close to the tracks and a short drive to downtown. Diana was quick to reply.

Such a great place we go to a different town every year with our cousins and siblings. House was perfect for five couples. We had takeout from Augie’s to go. 15 minute walk to the racetrack was much better than driving with a large crowd. We loved it

The stay was amazing! Diana was a very communicative host! My group had a great time during our stay.

Very great for 4 couples. A little tight in galley kitchen but made due. cooked first 2 days before jazz festival. Easy checkout especially not having to strip beds and thorough cleanup. Had some fun games in game room. Would definitely recommend for a group. Thank you.
