This private family home between downtown Saratoga and Albany has access to everything you need. You will be comfortable either cooking in with a full kitchen with supplies, or dining out with an array of great local cuisine. The large fenced-in back yard with pool to increase privacy and allows you to have a relaxing experience, host a gathering with friends and family, or let your pets run around. Inside is 2 living rooms with large TVs and 4 bedrooms (1 upstairs). This is a ranch-style home with a maintained front and back yard. The majority of the home is on the main floor, with one upstairs guest bedroom. There are three bedrooms on the main floor. The two living rooms each have couches and a large 55-inch internet-connected TV, perfect for relaxing by yourself or with a larger group of people. The back yard features a seasonal above ground pool and a large open space that is good for relaxing in the sun or entertaining a group of people. A fully-functional kitchen and laundry room will make it so you never have to leave the house. Up to 8 can sleep on beds, 2 on provided air mattresses, and 2+ on couches. You will have full access to the entirety of the property including the house and the yard, including the fenced-in back yard. There is a basement to the residence that is used for storage and will not be available to guests, but is also not shared. I am available via phone and can offer assistance, as needed. I am also local and may be able to stop by in person. For longer-term guests I will work with you to identify your preference in terms of giving you privacy versus stopping in to help with the house and top off consumables and clean. Suburban neighborhood in Clifton Park, Saratoga, NY. The street far from the main road and is nice and quiet. Weather-permitting it is great for walks, bikes and other outdoor activities, and has a couple parks for kids located nearby and within the neighborhood. You will want to drive around to everything with a short drive to local food and events. Ride sharing is available as well. Off-street and on-street parking is no problem at the house, with the garage and driveway able to easily accommodate 6+ vehicles, and additional free curbside parking. Reverse osmosis water on tap for clean, safe water consumption. The remainder of the water is treated with a water softener for a good lather. This was my family home growing up, and so maintaining this property in good condition is important to me.

My family and I couldn't be happier with Joe's place. It was better than described. The location was perfect, check in was flawless and everything in the house was spotless and clean. Joe was extremely responsive and was proactive with any information that was needed. If Joe will have us we will definitely be back again for our annual Saratoga Trip!
