A great midway point off Exit 16 from I-87. A 12 minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs, and 20 minutes from Lake George. Walking paths nearby Airway Meadows Golf and Skydiving 1 mile. Moreau Lake State Park Beach and Hiking trails 5 Miles. Kayak Shack and Paddleboard rental 8 miles with irresistible pizza at Harvest and Hearth right next door. Saratoga Apple Orchard has year round cider tastings 8 miles. A straight shot to downtown Saratoga Springs. Finding an Uber is NEVER an issue if you don't want to deal with downtown parking. Self check in anytime after 3pm, check out at 10am. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any late check out or early check in. Our housekeepers need the full time to clean effectively in between guests✨. Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. We stayed at the Yay Frame for two nights when visiting friends and family in the area. It was great for our stay. Lots of space for all of us. Great kitchen, even though we didn’t get to really used it.

The location was a perfect jumping off point for various activities in the area. Just a short drive to Lake George village, Saratoga and others. The bedrooms are roomy and amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher and super fun Simpsons bowling game were a treat. Shane was a gracious and very communicative host! Highly recommend if you are looking a for a great Lake George area base camp.

I had such a great time here! Everything was perfect for my little get together! and the owner was very helpful when i would ask him questions about things! I love how it was so peaceful around the house.

Can't beat this incredibly creative concept, and for a great price! We had a blast. Some minor notes of feedback 1) There was a bit of a smell in the living room, probably coming from the couches. Some couches had visible stains. 2) There were so many extra beds, which was a great perk! But it was a major task to try to find bedding for them. So many (dozens of) fitted sheets...and only a couple regular sheets and comfortors. 3) The sauna didn't get up to temperature for us. Might have been user error. 4) Some of the supplies were quite cheap. Fairly awful towels, plastic glassware, flimsy toilet seat, etc. Nothing horrible but would definitely be worth upgrading these gradually over time.
